ECA is following the dispute between UEFA and FC Sion concerning their participation in the UEFA Europa League.
ECA is not aware of the procedural technicalities and relevant facts of the case, however, it confirms its commitment to solving sporting disputes within the judicial bodies of sport which shall guarantee procedural rights to all parties. This is the only way to safeguard the respect of the regulations and the equality of rules and treatment. ECA hopes that a final decision on the merit is rendered soon for the sake of the competition's integrity.
