The ECA Club Management Programme (CMP) is an executive programme designed to provide ECA Member Club executives and administrators with in-depth knowledge on a wide range of topics relating to club management. The unique programme, developed and delivered in collaboration with Stockholm Business School and LTT Sports, provides participants with the unrivalled opportunity to learn from the best practitioners in the football industry, as well as academics who specialise in areas such as management and leadership.

The programme takes over 18 months to complete, with sessions split into six two-day seminars taking place in some of the most iconic football venues in the world. Each session deals with a different topic of club management, from strategy to sport activities, from business and community activities to club operations.

The seminars are a mix of academic lectures, talks from professionals, case studies from clubs, as well as interactive group work. Participants gain a clear view of how the club football industry operates, as well as learning to deal with specific challenges and issues the industry is facing.

The third edition of the ECA Club Management Programme will see participants graduating in June 2021, following which the programme will be paused until a new intake is expected in 2022.
