Mr. Steven Zhang is the President of Suning International, and President of F.C. Internazionale Milano and member of UEFA’s Club Competitions Committee.
Mr. Steven Zhang has been managing Inter since Suning’s acquisition in 2016, he became the youngest ever President of the Club in 2018. Under his leadership, the club has qualified for the UEFA Champions League after a six-year absence, and club revenue rose 100%.
Mr. Steven Zhang has been running international business of Suning Holdings group since 2016, which is one of the Fortune Global 500 and second largest non-state owned enterprises in China with annual revenues EUR 70 billion.
Mr. Steven Zhang has featured in Fortune China magazine’s ‘40 Under 40’ list for the last two years. He holds a unique insight into the technology and lifestyle trends shaping younger generations and is passionate about globalization and cultural exchange.
Born in China in 1991, Mr. Steven Zhang was educated in the US since age of 15 and graduated with honour from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. Before joining Suning, He worked as an investment banker in Morgan Stanley where he specialized IPO and M&A.
