To coincide with the start of a new ECA Membership Cycle, a new Executive Board was elected on the occasion of the ECA General Assembly in September 2010. Eleven board members were elected to join the existing four board members who represent ECA at the UEFA Professional Football Strategy Council (PFSC). The four PFSC Members are Maarten Fontein (AZ Alkmaar), Umberto Gandini (AC Milan), David Gill (Manchester United FC) and Florentino Pérez (Real Madrid CF).

The composition of the ECA Executive Board for the 2010-13 ECA Membership Cycle is as follows:
